All sales are final. We DO NOT accept returns or refunds. If there has been an issue with your order, please contact us immediately. To exchange your hair extensions, they cannot have been tampered with, combed, or brushed out in any way. Original tags must remain on the bundles.

Yes! Our bundles can be bleached up to 613 blonde. We recommend getting them professionally dyed to avoid any issues or damage to the hair.

Depending on your desired style, the amount of bundles needed will vary. For bobs and ponytails, you will typically need 2 bundles of 14”-16”.

For sew ins using 16”-22”, you will need 3 bundles. Any style longer than 22”, we recommend using 4 bundles for a fuller look.
