✰ What is the shipping and refund/return policy?

Nia K Collection is NOT responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. After we ship out your order, it's out of our hands. You can contact your local post office with your tracking information for any concerns.

For hair that is NOT on hand/ready to ship, please allow 3-5 business days for processing after placing your order. After processing, allow up to 5-8 business days to receive your order.
Pick up and Same Day shipping is available for hair that is on hand. For same day shipping orders, please allow 1-2 Business days to receive your order.

Business days DO NOT include weekends or holidays. Packages are shipped via USPS priority mail. Your tracking information will be sent to you via email, which will take you directly to the USPS website to check your order status.

All sales are final. We DO NOT accept returns or refunds. If there has been an issue with your order, please contact us immediately. To exchange your hair extensions, they cannot have been tampered with, combed, or brushed out in any way. Original tags must remain on the bundles.

✰ What do I do if I receive the wrong order?

If you’ve receive the wrong order, contact us immediately at niakcollection@gmail.com to return them. We will proceed to ship out the correct order.

✰ How long does this hair last?

This hair can last years and years with proper care! Please refer to our “hair care” page for information on how to keep your hair looking and feeling flawless!

✰ Can I bleach/dye this hair?

Yes! Our bundles can be bleached up to 613 blonde. We recommend getting them professionally dyed to avoid any issues or damage to the hair.

✰ How many bundles do I need for an install?

Depending on your desired style, the amount of bundles needed will vary.

For bobs and ponytails, you will typically need 2 bundles of 14”-16”. For sew ins using 16”-22”, you will need 3 bundles. Any style longer than 22”, we recommend using 4 bundles for a fuller look.
